Continuing on and expanding on from my previous post, aside from Caruso’s business history and many successes, he is struggling enormously to move this SP from rock bottom. They should have consolidated firstly and then cap raised. I still can’t see consolidation benefiting TSC and also TSC are consolidating there capital way too much. I’m still voting against consolidation and I am encouraging other shareholder/s to do the same if they want too and thats only if they want too, as its up to them.
