This raises some interesting questions:
1. Was this done in response to approaches by other parties? Or;
2. Was it done by POS management because we're running out of cash? Or;
3. POS management have a clear path forward and want to flush out other options to ensure their plan offers the highest benefit to shareholders. Or; ...
