They likely won't come clean because that would be admitting a mistake. I always thought there was a case for a shareholder action against the Board but I certainly didn't have the money to put into that. I said right from the beginning we had paid too much, had taken all the risk, and the deal didn't stack up. I also warned on this site that the Board would have to control Clifford's spending. On both counts I was right and it didn't take much research to know it.
