I don't delight in writing this as i took a $40k loss on this piece of shit when i sold out at 23.5 cents a couple of months ago.
SOL wouldn't give a hoot as to the shitshow that is Aeris right now as SOL is the secured creditor on the Debt facility. So more than likely SOL had doubts with AL and moved swiftly to protect their investment with the kiss of death debt package knowing there is no way of AIS ever being able to pay it back. Once AIS defaults, SOL calls the loan in, AIS goes into VA and SOL eventually picks the AIS' assets up for pennies. Its a windfall for SOL and everyone else gets shafted.
SOL placed a bet each way with AIS.
Do remember it was SOL that sold Round Oak to AIS for $234m in the first place! hows that worked out for AIS so far? All of AIS problems have stemmed from the cash burn from the Round Oak sites!
I feel for AIS shareholders here but the writing was on the wall once AL entered into that ridiculous loan shark debt deal.
Theres gonna be many losers out of this but SOL aint gonna be one of them.
