To me its straightforward. Sierra Leone needs SRX, its employment opportunities, its taxes and its opportunities. The world won't allow Sierra Leone to fold and will provide it with the means for investments. SRX wants rutile and is valued at zero so who cares. Sembehun is a massive deposit and a money-maker in a world that needs rutile.
Its a win-win for the patient IMO.
