bottom line is this pack of idiots(mainly dud thomas) did not have the foresight or business acumen to do a cap raising at say 30 cents for 100 or 200 million shares
at the 2007 AGM there were about 1 million shares on issue, and the price roughly 50 cents
but thomas was hell bent on having no more dillution at all,
so f@#$%#$ what about 10 or 20% dillution
if that clown and his board had just done a cap raising then they would most likely be shipping IO ,done the demerger and Rincon would be getting ready to produce its first product for sale with both companies having sone cash in the bank
