The point remains that the current board, which by the way was also the previous board, had no business acumen, nor the proverbials to stop PT in what he was doing.
And what about the Chairman. What was he paid for??? God only knows what he was doing there, beside fleecing us.
As such, IMHO, they are just as guilty as PT.
Let's hope that they will soon wake up to what they are doing, and get us out of this quagmire.
Call me stupid, but as I was away, and I didn't have the intentions of putting an extra few thousand dollars in this, I simply missed out on the spp. For the sake of saving about $600.00, (that is by buying my entitlement, and buying on the market), I thought I'd better wait to see what will unfold first.
