I guess Monday will determine, share holders opinion on free shares to directors, i.e. how many share holders took up there entitlement, if the rights issue is oversubscribed this would determine share holders thoughts on management, and approve the free shares, if the rights issue isn't that would tell me no confidence in the current board of directors, and no free shares, they could hardly utilise the $ 500,000.00 they have in the bank and give themselves cash or pay increases....

ADY needs new directors, they should start advertising for experienced directors with track records, JA resume says, he has had experience turning unprofitable companies around, the past 12 months ADY continued at a loss, locked in YA Global who had 100% bill over all of the companies assets, for a loan of 10 million, @ 12%, why didn't they negotiate a much lower interest rate, with YA having 100% over all of the assets..(not very good negotiates) didn't really care as it is share holders money they were burning not theres...as i have said previously these directors do not have share holders interest at heart, only themselves...i.e. nothing new same as Phil Thomas and his buddies at Opes, only they got to keep some of there assets...share holders of ADY gave away Rincon...
