You've been around forever now and for your sake as well as many more I think you are right ! Forget the Chinese they are out IMO. (I'll stand accountable for that prediction BTW).
The ONLY reason we are in Stand By is the waiting for the Decree from Petroguin ! Once that is in the bag the paper work can be done at Svenska's and FAR's end. So First ann will be the Decree (formal I hope) then the next will be the JV. Then the one we really want the drilling program which IMO is just waiting in the background to get into it mid year..
SP increase once the first ann comes out for the:
Petroguin decree: UP 5 cents
The second with JV update: UP another 5 cents
The third with drilling schedule: UP another 10 cents
I won't be FAR off !!!
