As the footnote states Mantle is the beneficial holder. For it to be transferred to Mantle's name an agreement with the Native Title Party needs to take place first, the same as for a tenement grant or a JV transfer etc but due to the Third Party Claim the ILUA has been held up.

They are undertaking an analysis of the discrepancy which would take longer than the minimum time to turn around lab results. The project covers a huge area of land and the released results are of a very small portion of that area. There is potential for a large discovery, however as the area has barely been drilled and is covered by overburden it is a case of drill hit and miss, otherwise known as mining exploration.
