E-Lord , I think the 'theory at the time' was that the holding in PRC was effectively a takeover blocker. Given that any takeover attempt at NZO would also mean the bidder being obliged to also bid for PRC. Very expensive 'poison pill' that turned out to be! Might biff the last of mine to fund Cue entry.
