I agree with that. As I said on a previous post, the cost of Phosphate has to increase (they aren't making any more) as the need for fertilizer increases. You just have to have patience. the other stuff (iron ore, salt etc) is interesting, and may be further icing, but isn't necessary for MAK to be worth a lot of money.
