    YT - I've been on BRM since 2007 and have jumped on here hoping for another good ride. I also like the bit about "advanced "negotiations" with the Chinese and would do wonders if they seal this anytime soon, as you have also noted previously. Notice one of the Non-exc. Directors is also on ACS board.
