Water is mentioned Hangseng. It was part of community consultation..1st paragraph page 2. and then they mention having 'had preliminary meetings on site with hydrological consultants'. I believe it is an issue. I'm not sure if underground water is available or town water and maybe that was the locals' concern. ...they dont want it coming from town supplies. There have been huge water issues in Orange with NCM cadia mine and you can bet that local and state govts dont want a repeat, even on a much smaller scale.
