Yes, pitty not in WA. if this was an open cut coal mine with every environmental degredation known to man (no place for a bat to hide in one of those) SSC would have a red carpet ride with NSW govt. Having had a little experience of what is going on around Orange (not far away) the NSW mines dept doesnt give the smaller miners an easy ride.
