With regard to the options, whether you exercise will depend on a few things. Just because the SP is over the exercise price + purchase price, doesnt make it unviable. If you think there is a future, and you dont want to throw away your purchase price of the options, then convert which for me will be a total cost of about 27c. That obviously would be the best case scenario unless you can forget the options and purchase the same amount of shares for less. Basically if the SP is over 20c, id be better off exercising the options than losing the initial cost of the option and purchasing the same amount of shares.
