    I don't like the way they have slipped in out of nowhere that they are looking in Australia!. What the??. (May in fact be a smart move)..

    I do like the incredibly low interest rates they are paying on their debt, and they are cash flow positive.

    Of course very dissapointing price action the last month
    .
