Hi PP,

I rang and the female secretary said she would get someone to ring me back. A female rang back (bit going on at the time and I didn't catch her name) and was extremely positive and very bubbly (not the usual) - said to ring anytime, email anytime - she had actually rung early and my young son had answered and couldn't understand her so hung up...lol...I thought it was probably one of those Indian callers so I didn't even think it was someone from Mindax...lol

Let's all just hope it's as positive as she sounded...wonder if Mr Bromley or Mr Tsang sound as happy, would love a natter with one of those two... :)
