    They will not be doing a capital raising!!. They will have more than enough cash flow from operations. Hence the bridging loan is now s-t unsecured debt, awaiting the cash flow.

    Take a look at CHK (US). A big transaction overnight underpins the valuations in the region!!!!!.

    With such a tiny amount of equity, the shareprice is strongly levered to the upside.
