As I've said before, if you have so many doubts, call the company and talk with someone there.

They are highly confident in oil/gas in their next wells.They have no doubt that once the next few wells are drilled and start producing (at high rates), there will be a re-rating of SP. They are confident in the country they are drilling in and have full confidence in Ukrain authorities. They are not worried at all about the negative crap here on HC (Don't follow it), but truly welcome the criticism.
