Hey Mav. Not really sure why it's been sold down so heavily, but then if you look at the gold market overall, most stocks have gone down by around 20% over the last month or 2. TGZ itself is down over 25% since IPO. It's on a forward PE (3 years out) of less than 5. It's spending plenty on exploration to increase mine life (currently 7-8yrs @ 200kozpa). It's the only major plant in the area so could be used to toll treat outside ore. They have plenty of cash to complete the plant upgrade. They are cashflow positive. Euroz has a valuation on it of $4.
As you know, I'm bullish on gold in the medium term (1-5yrs). Not sure in the short or long term but am happy to hold through the volatility. Still sitting on more than 50% cash for top ups later on if we do get a nasty correction.
