mate..this has been going on for ages now..there is too much loose stock around and nothing will change until they get new and large investors on board..the stock being sold is from ex-directors that were given freebies at around the 1c mark...they will continue to dump stock...there are people buying BUT there is always more sellers then buyers..even when good news comes out, the people selling don't care, it just gives them a chance to dump at a higher price and when you have millions of stock at 1c, a stock price 1c higher is big gains!!!

we are down to three scenarios:

1)bayan deal goes thru and we will be safe long term
2) bayan deal is rejcted and we are screwed
3) bayan deal is dealayed and long term holders continue to suffer

I am going with number 3
