If they thought "the proper administrative procedure required to effectively renew the two licences" was going to take a long time then they probably wouldn't have started the "preparation for recommencement of exploration" straight away.
They would have got things moving about 9 days ago as stated..."Since notification of the Ministry's intention to renew".
All this would make you think that the actual licence renewals will be granted sooner than later....?
