I tend to think they will raise after the JORC Ann as well, but apparently the management is takin a big punt that the JORC ann will push the SP higher before the CR. It may turn out to be a nightmare if market liquidity get worse frm current market condition and force HAS to accept a much lower dilution. Just my thought.
