The interesting info in the quarterly is that the first two wells in their West Texas drilling program have been successful in the deeper Cherry Canyon sands - we have to wait for them to be fracked before we'll know the flow rates - there are another two wells to be drilled here in November - and they had said previously there were another 30 locations where they could deepen existing wells or drill new wells to intersect the Cherry Canyon sands.
It maybe gives us hope for increased production as currently it just slowly declines quarter after quarter and produces little cash - they dropped $US2mil in cash during the qtr after spending $A3mil on the buyback - it's hardly nerve tingling stuff.
