I don't think a takeover is likely, not with Masterman owning 24% of the company and I think I can remember Hunter Hall buying at $1.20 before "the Fall" - of course, they have averaged down since then. But how successful will they be seeking a JV partner? For how many years were they looking for a JV for Fantuzzia? Still, with all those companies looking at the books, you'd have to think a break out is pretty close, wouldn't you? (and not before time, either.)
