Quote from the activity report.
"The company is seeking to close out the balance of the placement after an amount previously committed was withdrawn".
So who committed to the placement then withdrew?
It looks like the amount withdrawn was quite substantial, and somewhere between 1 and 2 million dollars.
The placement was handled by, Indian Ocean Capital (IOC), in Perth.
