Agreed. Confidence must be pretty high if they've committed to buying rod mills already. Also like that they're pursuing a modified processing path to reduce need for some of the long lead time equipment, which helps to offset financing delays. I can't really see anything stopping this project from going ahead, so all looking good in my opinion.
