But, I agree with Katok that there is no way that anyone will get anywhere near compulsorily acquiring ICN, maybe, 25%, but Directors will send out very strong messages to all holders to hold and come out with some huge numbers to back it.
So, I can't see anyone bothering at this stage knowing that there is no way that ICN will be another ADE.
Any proposed t/o will have to be well over $200 mill just to pick up the STs and there really aren't many of them and most of them are in at over 40 cents anyway.

There are just 700 of us old die hards who own 71% and nobody that I know will even contemplate selling now that we have come this far. The Baldwins with their 1.45% MIGHT be taken, but, am sure that they will want their pound of flesh.
So, I am totally discounting any t/o unless it is that classic offer that one can't refuse.
