when I spoke to managment around 9 months ago they felt once the concentrator was commisioned they would be able to get better prices for the ore as it would be of a high enough Fe% to be export quality.
THink one should do a partial budget of what that expected extra revenue is and how it adds to the bottom line before slagging this off (no pun intended).
My guess is the concentrator will push up the fines being sold locally but be more than compensated by extra value for export lump.
The port customs hold up for the concentrator is a worry , Brazil has a bad reputation for leaving Oz mining gear not being cleared by customs.
