    Excuse my ignorance but could you tell me how much rail is per/t per/km, port cost including loading,mining cost from 12m depth (at say 70% yield), also cost of Panamax or Handymax shipping cost per day and how long it takes to get to say Qinhuangdao port from abbot point... And what is the price of eer's coal CIF into china?
