They I read it is they can sue them......re...issue the oppies as fully paids at last traded price with a 20% discount...today for instance 1.3 cents and then get the remainder from previous holders....2.6 cents....So if you had 30000000 you would owe $780000 dollars.All in all the company would be doing a capital raise a 3.9 cents........$3.180 million dollars for the issue of 80 million shares.......you beauty....Looks to. me brokers are going to get cheap stock......company gets all the money back from the partley paid holders...bad luck for them....good luck to the brokers and us and our company.....could explain the capping and sell down.......YRR and us will be the big winners.!!!!!
