Honestly, I would prefer a small $6 million capital raising to pro-rata only. Just to allow the loyal share holders the option of averaging down a little.
Or.. would it be so crazy for RED to hedge say 15k ounces over the next 12 months to get a forward payment?
I realize this could be seen as more risky, but they need to back themselves! That would bring in more than enough capital to buy what is needed and start drilling.
All IMHO.
