"Both CJ and GE have told me that the view of the board is that a CR will not be required for at least the next 6 mths. Now that the draw-down has occurred I dont have any concerns re; cash position. By all accounts production is running smoothly


Your statement today 31st Oct

"If I were the company I would be thinking CR (obviously current issues were unforeseen)."


From the quarterly report released today, the current issues were actually occurring when CJ and GE apparently told you that a capital raising would not be required for at least 6 months.
