They are clear on this point.
At end September they had $5.08m in cash.
In early October they accessed the Sprott loan facility (see cashflow statement).
Therefore in early October they would have had $13m from all sources. I have no idea what they have in cash at present, which is end of October, as this depends on production, costs, payment of outstanding bills, revenue and the $13m held towards the start of October.
