    They didn't get 1038 bo from Comanche, the got 1038 boe which is a measure of equivalent energy (ie combining gas and oil into a single measure). However gas is a lot cheaper for the equivalent energy so 1 boe gas wouldn't be $91 (1 boe gas = ~ 6kcf and they got $4.58 per Mcf).
