BTW, I want to add that this is the most carefully written quarterly report that I have seen from CNQ. However, I would have preferred an actual production rate (a number) published rather than the phrase "production rates approaching designed throughput capacity". Starting from 7% throughput, "approaching" could mean almost anything, 95% as well as 50%. I hope it is the former and we will receive definitive confirmation once 100% throughput is achieved soon, probably after re-installation of the recently by-passed trommel. I've changed my sentiment to LT-buy. In the short term I would expect continued weakness (with spikes to the upside when futher good news is released) until the financing issue is put behind us as I had explained.
