I am perplexed that you can gain the following inforation by watching the plant in action. You say:
"I have seen it in action! The retorting capabilities are 1/2 of what they designed the plant for."
Sounds very strange that Cobar would make this design error.
Looking at the plant in action, what do you exactly see that makes you so sure that this is true?
