The AFR said the $4.30 share issue was originally to be $60m then halved to $30m ,then offered in Australia with the Yanks to take a reduced $13m then axed - . - Bit of Alzeimers reporting in there :)
The placement comprises a Private Placement of 2,976,744 ordinary shares (“New Shares”) to offshore institutional investors at $4.30 raising a total of $12.8 Million, and a Public Offer under a prospectus to be lodged with ASIC on 14 November 2012 by the Company to sophisticated investors and other exempt persons. The Public Offer will be for up to a further 3,999,930 ordinary shares at $4.30 to raise up to $17.2 Million.
The allotment of shares under the Private Placement and Public Offer is expected to be completed by 30 November 2012
