JA should become technical director and hand over the MD role to someone with appropriate qualifications or get the CFO to step up to the plate. Being the lead Geo his focus should be on the resource not company relations. Although this year should be eventful I don't believe all this bollocks and hearsay about "big boys" and a takeover. IF it eventuates it wont be until well after the end of 2013 IMHO. Besides, the discussions have been about joint ventures not takeovers, and by Q4 we will be looking for more cash.
