The only reason to buy could be to position for the 2nd quarter drill or if more grant money becomes available.
My take on the quarterly is.... We have no money, applying for more funding from fed government climate change grants...will sit on my hands and get wined and dined, travel the world and collect my weekly wage...till I have to do something in June 2013...
This is a good gig for me....only down side is if I put on too much weight...but then can draw more cash to pay for Jenny Craig.shareholders understand I must look my best at the climate change presentations I have to wine and dine at.
Tomorrows decision revolves around the next restaurant will I go to....decisions decisions I must make.
