ghost12 - define "long time"? sep 13 quarterly had $38k paid in director fees and co sec fees.
For the year ended 30 june 2013:
- b.fraser was paid fees of $65k.
- wolfstar (b.frasers firm was paid $55k for accounting fees)
- p.webse was paid fees of $36k.
- pcs (p.webse's firm was paid $45k for co sec fees)
those 2 directors alone and their related entities received over $200k. all numbers above are from asx announcements. i wonder if shareholders are getting value for money?
