Wouldn't take too much notice of this purchase by the director. Wood did this type of transaction for WOF, AVB, VOR and CRJ that I know of.

I'm guessing that the third party was someone quite close to Garrison Capital and had invested heavily in all these companies. For whatever reason they want out and maybe to prevent these shares being dumped on market Wood bought them in an off-market transaction. Had to fork out quite a bit of cash to do so. At least he has his cash on the line so lets hope he protects it!!
