I hear you Orakei et al, and I too have sold in frustration in the past only to see a 10-fold increase go begging.
On the other side, I've also held plenty of stocks into administration and looked back and thought that I should have minimized my losses when I knew the writing was on the wall.
But I'd rather make a decision based on fundamentals rather then one based on whether or not I need the money.
PVE is about to hit a sustained period of negative cashflow.
-We know how much revenue they currently earn and that it is declining;
- we know their operational and exploration costs; and
- we know how long it will take to introduce new revenues.
These look like immutable fundamentals to me.
Even if I don't need the money, shouldn't I at least look at investing it in something with better fundamentals?
