I could be way off, but TIVAN alone, could make this company. It's almost a separate entity in itself.
They can licence the TIVAN process globally, without a care for getting their hands dirty if they don't want to.
So if they get that going first, they aren't going to be so dependent on having to go cap in hand to the market.
That's what I'm hoping at least!
