How much time did they actually spend over the last three years performing their director roles. I certainly did not vote my approval for their salaries but 80 odd percent of holders did. I must be missing something. If the company does actually re-list my options will probably have expired again, while directors have each secured themselves a very large slice of the company at absolute rock bottom prices.

And to top that off our usual commentators are again having a field day insulting holders who have and will probably lose all.

Exactly right the co I work for is valued at 20 bill and the top guy gets around 700 including bonuses. The remuneration in this co is a joke and always has been, they give options to pay for performance then when they fail to perform they just give more options. The top 10 execs and shareholders are just robbing everyone of their equity. It's a criminal enterprise not a conpany
