The situation is that an ASX announcement was made and investors believed that one of the three deals was close or otherwise the announcement should not have been made. This constitutes a massive betrayel to investors who rightly or wrongly believed that the management team were close to sealing a deal. This had little to no substance in the first place and should not have constituted an initial ASX announcement. There was all of this talk about back door jobs, reverse takeovers and references to other ASX listed companies who have benefited from making similar announcements. The Spitfire is still in the Hanger and the pilots are seemingly drunk.
