Can someone tell me where the Oceanwide offtake agreement fits...

Can someone tell me where the Oceanwide offtake agreement fits into the picture now ? I thought they had rights to 60% of all production and expressed a willingness to take 100% - It now seems A decent quantity could go to Glencore and smelters in China and Korea ??

Also I see they are still quoting the $1040 per ton premium to LME refined copper price - All references to Shanghai copper premiums I can find on the net are in the $60 to $90 per ton region
