I also witnessed the same on the northern costal strip as I lived in the area for about 15 years.
And these machines were digging up and pushing limestone that in most places was like cap rock,not to mention the huge hills that were flattened.
And at tamala park limestone was being dug up and piled so high that you could see the limestone hills for miles away,and these scrappers were the same as what is being used at lulo.
The limestone hills looked a lot more difficult to work with than the lulo gravels.
