Also nice point aires why dont you print the avg labour cost for an individual in that province and stipulate also what agreement they come under.I spoke to a chairman in Botswana about labour costs and he said even in the most advanced part of Africa like botswana wages are a fraction of OZ.I have only taken his advice so help me out there.
